Learn techniques to withdraw from senses, calm the mind with breath, and concentrate on a single point—all of which lead to learning how to meditate. Accompanied by deep, relaxed breathing, they have been practiced in China for 1,800 years to strengthen the body, promote balance, and celebrate life.
