FITNESS & WELLNESS PART TWO REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org 93 Tang Soo Do Tang Soo Do (Korean Martial Arts) (age 4 & up) This program teaches the traditional Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do, founded by Grandmaster C.S. Kim, who instructed Chuck Norris to his first Black Belt. Class will focus on self-defense, respect, discipline, confidence, fitness, eye-hand coordination, and more. Students are able to test for belts and participate in federation tournaments, seminars, and other events.
