This hands-on workshop will de monstrate the ne w and enhanced features found in Windo ws 10 using the keyboard and mouse. This course is not for beginners, requires basic co mputer skills. Introduction to Macintosh Co mputers Apple's Macintosh co mputers provide an excellent alternative for ho me co mputer users because of their ease of use and enhanced security. In the three classes, you will learn: 1) the basics of the Macintosh operating syste m, including the ile manage ment syste m, the menus and preferences, 2) using the included applications and 3) using the online Mac App Store, and other trusted sources, to obtain applications and the best ways to purchase a Mac. Introduction to i Cloud What is i Cloud? It is a service fro m Apple for securely syncing and storing many kinds of data and docu ments a mong multiple devices, including your iPad, iPhone, iPod and P Cs running Mac OS or Windo ws. Consider i Cloud to be a highly capable personal Internet hard drive. You will be sho wn ho w to set up an account and make the best use of the service. Either "i OS-The Basics" or " Getting to Kno w Your iPhone" class is a prerequisite. Bring your iPad and/or iPhone along with your Apple I D and pass word.
