Creati n g A C TI V E Retire me nt Years (919) 469-4081 2 5 E d ucati o n Frenc h Conversations This course is a follo w-up for French 4 and designed for French learners who have covered basic French gra m mar either in previous Cary Senior courses or the equivalent. The course will begin with si mple conversation and gradually increase in co mplexity. We will practice French through guided conversations based on a variety of the mes, such as French traditions and holidays, fa mily life, housing and lifestyles, social relationships, econo my and work, politics, food and drink, regions and main cities of France. Additional aspects of more advanced gra m mar will also be woven into later sessions. Co me join us, to make all of that French gra m mar very practical through conversation! Participants should have taken that class, or have an equivalent level of beginning French (present tense, regular verbs, si mple sentences, so me irregular verbs). We will explore more vocabulary and make si mple sentences, as well as study further in French gra m mar. Hope you will join us in learning more French!
