The To wn of Cary is connecting our agricultural past
to our innovative future by preserving a historic 30
acre tobacco far m with an intact ho mestead for a
co m munity far ming project. This project is designed
to assist ne w far mers with affordable land and
support that will connect the m with opportunities to
sell their produce to local markets. Good Hope Far m
also serves as a de monstration site for environ men-
tally responsible far ming practices and provides ed-
ucational opportunities for the co m munity regarding
