Hemlock Nature Quest (age 13–15) If you think your child has seen everywhere at Hemlock Bluffs, think again! These programs journey to far corners of the Preserve on a quest to find nature rarely seen. Dress for the weather and off-trail conditions. Bring your sense of adventure! (HNQ participants are eligible to volunteer as program assistants for our younger nature programs.) Nature Education and Outdoor Recreation classes may involve traveling over rough or uneven terrain. To help prevent injuries, closed-toe footwear is required. Rubber boots, hiking shoes, or sneakers are recommended; do not wear flip-flops, Crocs, sandals, or other open-toed shoes. Bare feet are absolutely prohibited! PROTECT YOUR FEET!
