INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT Ivan Browning Ivan Browning is an active volun- teer with Cary Senior Center's Tech Education Program, and now he has brought his passion of music to our facility. Ivan didn't start playing until later in life when a friend suggested he switch from banjo to ukulele and just like that he was hooked. "I found I could easily play songs that sounded great and that with only 4 strings there wasn't much that could go wrong." Ivan then became an avid participant at ukulele workshops, attended jams, and gave private beginner lessons. We are thrilled he decided to share how easy it is to learn to play and how much fun you can have with the marvelous ukulele. A For more information see the education section of this brochure.
