Dinner & A Concert 50+ The Cary Senior Center and Marvelous Music Mainstage Series present an unforgettable performance by violinist Lucia Micarelli. A catered meal served by the Cary Teen Council is included. Since her debut as the violin soloist with the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra Lucia Micarelli's popularity has soared. She has been the featured violinist during tours with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Josh Groban, Chris Botti, and Barbara Streisand; as well as released two solo albums. Lucia will take you on an eclectic journey through her musical influences from classical to jazz to traditional fiddle music. Please register by January 18. (Fee includes dinner & ticket). As the guests you will play a mixed group of characters who have been invited to a Mardi Gras masquerade hosted by Marshall Inglewood, the Governor of Louisiana. The party will be held at the governor's posh New Orleans mansion. You will enjoy an elegant event with hor d'oeuvres, drinks, and something mysterious too! More information will be provided closer to the event. Costumes are encouraged! Fees: $15(R) $20(N) (per person) 109083 Fri Feb 23 4–6:30 p.m. Musical Performance by Enloe Music Outreach Club 50+ Enloe Music Outreach Club is a group of students from Enloe High School in Raleigh, NC. Their vision is to encourage our society to realize the benefits of music and what it can do for individuals, families, and the community. This instrumental group has played at many places such as Triangle Town Center Mall, Stoneridge Retirement Center, and many others. Our performance at Cary Senior Center will be a showcase of solo and duet performances of their best musicians. Fees: $2(R) $3(N) (per person) 109101 Sat Feb 24 3–4:30 p.m. Line Dancing Gone Green FREE Line dance to your favorite tunes this spring while wearing green! Open to all who love to dance no matter if you have never taken classes. Some instruction will be provided but mostly everyone is invited to jump right in with both feet and enjoy the day!
