17 Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Learn to Program by Making Games (age 11–17) We'll teach you everything you need to know to make games using BavelBlocks, a friendly block- based programming environment. The blocks generate HTML5/Javascript, so your games will run on computers, phones, and tablets. Bring your laptop, headphones, Google ID, and make sure Chrome is installed as your browser. You'll also learn health and safety skills, such as how to manage choking and perform rescue breathing. After the completion of the course, you will be certified in babysitting. Location: Herbert C. Review sample test questions and learn 'facts and hacks' about the ACT and SAT to determine which test will give you the best score! This workshop will provide tips on academic performance, extracurricular activity participation, college preparation, and how colleges read applications.
