CONCERTS PART ONE 16 REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org Marvelous Music: The Family Series The Marvelous Music Family Series at the Cary Arts Center creates an enlivening arts experience for your family from the youngest to the oldest. Individual Tickets: $8 Opera Xpress presents "The Billy Goats Gruff" Sunday, March 4 | 3 p.m. Once upon a time, there were three billy goats enjoying a game of hide-and-seek after school when a bully blocked the bridge—their way home—and took their doll. When two of the goats resolve to find a new route home, the smallest goat stands up to the bully to get her doll back and cross the bridge—and even makes a friend! Atlantic Coast Theatre presents Rockin' Red Riding Hood Saturday, April 21 | 10 a.m. Rock along with Little Red, Grandma, Jack Lumber, and B.B. Wolf as the traditional story of "Little Red Riding Hood" is updated in thisrock musical. The history of rock n' roll is woven into the show as original songs progress through different styles—from blues to modern rock. Starlight Concert Series The Starlight Concerts are a lively series of free concerts that feature musical styles from around the world and across the musical spectrum. All concerts are in the gardens of the Page-Walker Arts & History Center. Bring a picnic, but please leave pets and alcohol at home.
