Art parties include a fun, hands-on art class that can be customized based on the child's interest. Fee includes room rental, class, and project supplies for up to 15 art-activity participants. Parents provide set up, clean up, decorations, and refreshments. Location : Cary Arts Center Fees: $185(R) $215(N) Tang Soo Do Martial Arts Party (age 4–10) All parties include martial arts lessons, drills, races, games, and fun! In addition to the fun and excitement, your child will experience some of the important aspects of the martial arts including an increase in confi dence, respect, coordination, and fi tness. Party is for up to 20 children. Location: Bond Park Community Center Instructor: Thomas DuScheid Fees: $175(R) $205(N) Party with Applause! (age 4 & up) Theatre games, activities, and an original skit to perform will make your party extra-dramatic! Party is for up to 15 children; refreshments and decorations are not provided. Cary Youth Theatre staff Fees: $175(R) $205(N) Mad Science ® Birthday Parties (age 5–12) Mix magic, interactive experiments, spectacular science demonstrations, amazing movie effects, and exploding fi reworks to make this an exciting, high-energy birthday party! Location: Bond Park Community Center & Middle Creek Community Center Instructor: Mad Science Fees: $199(R) $229(N) Next Stop, Hogwarts!— A Harry Potter Birthday Party (age 5–15) You have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry! The moment you arrive you will cease to be a Muggle. With a sorting hat, a wand, owl post, wand dueling, potions class, and more. You will be a wizard by the end! Party is for up to 15 children. Sugar Time Fun— Cake Design Party (age 3–10) This year let your birthday child make his/her own birthday cake! Your child can design a cake with fl avor, color, icing, and sprinkles. The birthday candle placed on top will light up the fun! Party is for up to eight children. Location: Herb Young Community Center Instructor: Laura Gnewuch Fees: $175(R) $205(N) Kidokinetics Sports Birthday Party! (age 3–10) Kidokinetics birthday parties provide fun, action-packed activities based on the sport, game, or activity the guest of honor loves. Whether your child likes baseball, soccer, hockey, football, or just fun and games, we can tailor a party for your athlete! This party is for up to 15 children; up to fi ve additional children can be added for a fee of $5 each. Location: Herbert C. Young Community Center Instructor: Kidokinetics Inc. Fees: $175(R) $205(N) Fiesta with Zumba ® Kids (age 3–11) Turn a party into a fi esta with Zumba Kids dance party! Participants will enjoy 45 minutes of energetic, easy-to follow dance choreography set to energetic Latin and International music, followed by gifts and refreshments in the party room. Party is for up to 18 children. Location: Bond Park Community Center, Herb Young Community Center, Middle Creek Community Center Instructor: Susana Ramsey Fees: $193(R) $223(N) Yoga Birthday Party (age 3–12) Enjoy 45 minutes of interactive yoga with a certifi ed instructor who will use music and dance, intertwined with fun yoga poses, to create a fun-fi lled day! Partygoers will leave with a smile on their face, a sense of accomplishment, and a new set of relaxation tools. Yoga mats are provided. Party is for up to 10 children. Location: Bond Park Community Center Instructor: Rakhi Kreymerman Fees: $205(R) $235(N) There will be a $25 additional fee if a party is booked outside of community center operating hours.
