Use acrylic paints to spray, stamp, splatter, scribble, and scrape paint. Color composition and different styles of abstraction—from cubism to minimalism—will be explored. Use hot and cold fabrication techniques to emboss, rivet, embellish, pierce, and solder with an acetylene torch. Metals available for purchase at the Cart Arts Center. Class satisfies eligibility for Open Studio Membership Pass.
