CULINARY PART TWO 70 REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org Holiday Cookie Design (age 11–14) Use multiple techniques to create a variety of holiday- specifi c cookies that are sure to impress! At the end of the class, you will have six cookies to take home. Location: Herbert C. Young Community Center Instructor: Karen Bond Fees: $35(R) $45(N) (1 class) VALENTINE COOKIE DECORATING Why give the same old box of chocolates when you can give a gift you made! You will use multiple techniques to create six Valentine cookies. You will get to play with several techniques, including silhouettes, wet on wet, and others to create gorgeous and delicious cookies. 109358 Tue Feb 6 5:30–7 p.m. EASTER COOKIE DECORATING Easter Eggs don't have to always be chocolate. In this class, you will learn to make super-fun Easter cookies, including bunnies, Easter eggs, and some gorgeous spring fl owers. 109359 Tue Mar 27 5:30–7 p.m. Cookie College (age 11–17) Learn how to bake delicious cookies and take them to the next level! Three classes teach you basics of fl ooding and piping simple cookies as well as creating little masterpieces your friends and family will rave about. At the end of each class, you'll have cookies to take home to impress your friends and family! Location: Herbert C. Often times we are able to accommodate those on waiting lists by adding additional spots in the class or adding additional classes.
