For mom, she will enjoy toning, core strength, stretching, as well as stress-management techniques. For baby, there will be stretches and massage. This class is designed for moms who are four weeks postpartum and cleared by the doctor. Bring a blanket for baby. Learn the fundamentals of stance, alignment and energy cultivation, as well as the traditional Yang family-style long form.
