• Feb 5 for Cary residents • Feb 19 for nonresidents See page 79 for details. MARK YOUR CALENDAR! An Inclusive Approach The Town of Cary Parks Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is committed to an inclusive approach to recreation and encourages individuals with and without disabilities to participate together. In order for individuals with disabilities to participate as fully as possible, reasonable modifications will be provided in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you or a family member requires a reasonable modification to participate in a program, please check the appropriate box on the registration form. Things To Remember As You Plan the Best Summer Yet! • Town of Cary residents will have first priority to register for a camp (February 5). • Non-residents will have an opportunity to register for camps after Town residents (February 19). • Camp fees must be paid at the time of registration. • Waiting lists will be created, if a camp gets full prior to the end of the registration period. Those camps will be filled on a first come, first serve basis (no preference given to place of residency). • Change of plans? Things happen. We know! If you need to withdraw from a camp that has not been canceled by the Town, you must request to be withdrawn at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the first day of the camp. The participant will receive either an account credit or a refund, less a 15% service fee. • Sometimes, we have to cancel a camp. If this happens, 100% of the registration fees are refundable. In the case that a cancellation occurs during the course of a camp, the refund or credit will be prorated. • For complete details, see page 78.
