Areas of focus will include throwing, hitting, fielding, catching, pitching, base running, and teamwork. Enjoy skill building as well as fun games. No experience is required. Bring baseball gear, protective equipment, a snack, and water bottle each day. Softball and Baseball Instruction (age 7–18) Town of Cary 1-on-1 lessons are offered year round and are intended to develop, enhance, and build upon your player's skill level. Due to overwhelming popularity of lessons; available dates are released on the 25th of every month for lessons being held the following month. They will be posted on EZREG web and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Lessons can be 30 minutes ($25) or an hour long ($40).
