General Whimsical Fairy Fun (age 5–10) This gardening adventure encourages imagination and outdoor play using the whimsical theme of fairies. Plant your own fairy garden fit for the season with inspiration from the enchanting Flower Fairies™ art and poetry. Create your own miniature accessories to entice the wee folk to your porch or garden. Join us rain or shine as we search for fairies, hike to gather all things natural, and build houses for our fairy friends in the woods. Closed-toe shoes/boots a must. Canceled if there is thunder, lightning, or heavy downpours. NEW! Teen Babysitting Safely (age 11–14) Get prepared and become knowledgeable to be an effective babysitter. Skills include first aid and safety, CPR overview, and how to use an EpiPen. Helpful information about developmental stages will also be discussed. Following a written and skills test, you will receive a completion certificate. Instructor is a registered pediatric nurse. Location: Bond Park Community Center Instructor: Maria Mekeel Fees: $50(R) $65(N) (2 classes) 114419 Thu Jun 7 4–7:15 p.m. Fri Jun 8 4–6:15 p.m. 114420 Wed, Thu Aug 8–9 6:30–9 p.m. A participant wanting to withdraw from a class, program, or league that has not been canceled by the Town must request to be withdrawn in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled start of a class, program, or league's first game. The participant will receive, at the discretion of the participant, either a 100% account credit or a refund less a 15% service fee. If the program fee is $30 or less, a flat $5 service fee per program will be applied instead of the percentage. REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS
