We welcome and accommodate persons with various ability levels from multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, arthritis, obesity, chronic fatigue, persons in wheelchairs, or folks with walkers. Your workout will incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques as well as stretching. This program allows you to have fun, energize your mood, relieve stress and enhance your sense of wellbeing. The session offers flexibility exercises, chair yoga, and some strength training exercises. We'll help you discover an activity that you enjoy and create an exercise routine that works for you.
