She holds a degree in fine arts and studied art in Florence, Italy. Joe Lipka: After the Memories Town Hall Gallery July 19–September 15 Medium: Photography Memories of Academy Street, a place in time, is a series of Lipka's photographs taken over his many years of observations of downtown Cary's changing landscape.
