Make a cozy stuffed animal that you can cuddle with on cold winter days. You can also make accessories for your new friend. This course teaches an understanding of current garment construction techniques and how to make apparel. You'll leave with a party-styled skirt and a sophisticated eye the next time you go shopping. Successful completion of one of our Beginning Sewing classes qualifies students to purchase a Sewing/Textiles Membership Pass to access the studio and use the equipment to work on individual projects. Open Studio for youths and adults is scheduled on Thursday evenings from 5–9 p.m. Please note the studio is not available on some Thursday evenings due to other programming.
