Its loca on is strategic due to its proximity to Downtown Cary, and major des na ons in Raleigh, like PNC Arena, Downtown Raleigh, and NC State University. It serves as a gateway into Cary from the east, in the form of three major east-west roads and two I-40 interchanges.
