Policy 6: Provide Accessible, Equitable, Inclusive, and High-Quality Services to Support
Citizens and Development
Support citizens and development by providing world-class
services that advances Cary as the "Local Government that
Doesn't Exist."
The intent of this policy is to commit to providing services
to citizens and development through outstanding customer
service in a timely manner in order to implement the vision
of the Imagine Cary Community Plan. Providing accessible,
equitable, inclusive, and high-quality services advances trust
within the community and Cary's ability to work with citizens
and development to impact change and keep Cary at the top
of the arc.
