Qualifi ers from this regional will advance to Nationals to compete for the national championship. December North Carolina FC Youth VisitRaleigh.com National Soccer Series Girls Showcase December 1–3 | Game Times Vary | Free WakeMed Soccer Park & Town of Cary Soccer Fields The Girls Showcase is designed for Classic, ECNL, or similar teams, and provides a great platform for athletes to be seen by college coaches. Over 400 college coaches were welcomed at the 2016 showcase, and more than 460 teams participated! Don't miss this year's action! Cary Winter Junior Tennis Championships Saturday, December 2—Sunday, December 3 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. | Free Cary Tennis Park Bundle up and come watch as local juniors play tennis in a fun and competitive environment! Mother & Son Sports Spectacular Saturday, November 4 | 1:30–3 p.m. | Age 4–9 $23 per Parent/Child Pair ($11/Each Additional Child) Bond Park Community Center Boys, grab your moms and join us for a day you won't forget! This is no ordinary day, so come dressed to play in comfortable clothes and gym shoes. We begin by playing all kinds of fun and crazy sports games and then end with ice cream sundaes and awards. SALON: An Evening of Broadway Magic at the Page-Walker Friday, November 17 | 7 p.m. | $20 Page-Walker Arts & History Center Join us for an evening of art, music, food, and conversation inspired by the magic of Broadway. Enjoy live musical performances, readings, with a bit of theatre. Refreshments include wine and cheese as well as coffee and dessert. The evening is hosted by singer and raconteur, David R. Lindquist.
