Location: USA Baseball National Training Complex Instructors: Town of Cary Baseball Instructors Fees: Fees: $20(R) $26(N) (1 class) 107703 Wed Sep 20 6–7 p.m. 107704 Wed Sep 27 6–7 p.m. Basics of Throwing (age 5–7) One of the most important aspects of baseball is being able to throw properly. This program will teach players how to properly throw the baseball with more accuracy and with more strength, reducing the chance of injury to the throwing arm. This program is great for new ballplayers as well as players who would like to continue working on the art of throwing.
