A compost giveaway workshop was held on
March 5-7 at Bond Park. Free workshops and
instruction about waste diversion, gardening
and composting attracted 223 citizens and they
took home 669 bags of compost from the
Town.
Cary's A-Team Removes Snow &
Debris from Town streets
The Town experienced two major winter
weather events - February 16 and 24. Both
of these storms brought snow accumulation
and debris which required substantial
resources.

Yard Waste Crews and Operations
Crews worked together for three weeks
after the storm to return Cary streets to
normal. Town-wide storm sweeping costs
