Johnson Automotive Expansion (4,459 sqft.) Precision Tune at Waverly Place Expansion (1,660 sqft.) Bainbridge (19 townhomes) Bevin Glen Subdivision (50 townhomes) Blakely Subdivision (57 townhomes & 80 single family lots Fryars Gate Subdivision Phase 5 (37 single family dwellings) Garden Ridge Subdivision (7 single family lots) The Manors at High House (60 single family dwellings) Oaks at Turner Creek Subdivision (45 single family dwellings) Phillips Place Townhomes (106 townhomes) Providence at Yates Pond Subdivision (87 single family dwellings) DEVELOPMENT Q2 Development Plan Approvals Jan- March April- June July- Sept Oct- Dec 2016 Upcoming Events in Q3 2016: Two Open House Meetings presenting the draft 2040 Cary Community Plan will be held on July 28, 2016 and August 2, 2016. Citizens will be able to learn about the draft 2040 Cary Community Plan, and the vision for Cary for 2040 and beyond. The open house meetings are intended to allow citizens to provide their input to help shape the 2040 Cary Community Plan before Town Council considers formal adoption later this year. Town staff will be available to answer citizen questions at the open house meetings, and citizens will be able to provide feedback on draft plan recommendations.
